Without proper maintenance, cleaning, and protection of our energy bodies, most of us end up carrying around a layer of other peoples’ stuff: emotions, stories, energetic debris. Like viscous oil clouding the surface of clear water, it interferes with our vision and insight, drains our vitality, amplifies our own negative emotions, and keeps us scrambling to find out “what is wrong” with us. Now, more than ever, we need to be firmly rooted in our selves in order to face the world with clear minds and clear hearts.
Over the past few years of working intensively with my spirit helpers, I’ve been given many more specific techniques and skills that have changed my life immeasurably. Now, with permission, I’m sharing them with others.
The skills we’ll cover in the course are key to developing resilience, emotional clarity and true power.
Who is this course for?
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by the world and the people in it, you’re not alone. Empathy and sensitivity are great gifts — superpowers, even — but unless carefully cultivated, they can turn into liabilities. If you’ve been experiencing the following, this course may be for you:

- Mood swings associated with particular locations
